Psalm 150 - Day 150

1 Praise the LORD.[a]
Praise God in his sanctuary;
   praise him in his mighty heavens.
2 Praise him for his acts of power;
   praise him for his surpassing greatness.
3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
   praise him with the harp and lyre,
4 praise him with timbrel and dancing,
   praise him with the strings and pipe,
5 praise him with the clash of cymbals,
   praise him with resounding cymbals.
6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.
Praise the LORD.
I'm so glad this is the last verse I get to leave you on! Not only does it have to do with dance but to me it's one of the most beautifully written verses talking about praising God. Especially verse 6 ; "Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD." This just helps me remember even trees and flowers praise the Lord. Everything alive on this earth should be praising God. I'm put here to help guide people to see His wonderful ways. Why would I want to keep this gift to myself? It's too good not to share.

Psalm 149 - Day 149

1 Praise the LORD.[a]
Sing to the LORD a new song,
   his praise in the assembly of his faithful people.
2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker;
   let the people of Zion be glad in their King.
3 Let them praise his name with dancing
   and make music to him with timbrel and harp.
4 For the LORD takes delight in his people;
   he crowns the humble with victory.
5 Let his faithful people rejoice in this honor
   and sing for joy on their beds.
6 May the praise of God be in their mouths
   and a double-edged sword in their hands,
7 to inflict vengeance on the nations
   and punishment on the peoples,
8 to bind their kings with fetters,
   their nobles with shackles of iron,
9 to carry out the sentence written against them—
   this is the glory of all his faithful people.
Praise the LORD.
I've been waiting for this chapter because it talks about praising the Lord with dancing. I've done searches in the bible on verses that talk about dancing for the Lord, mostly because I enjoy it so much. It's not like I need justification or clearance to dance before God, but it's nice to read that it's accepted and honoring to God.

Psalm 148 - Day 148

1 Praise the LORD.[a]
Praise the LORD from the heavens;
   praise him in the heights above.
2 Praise him, all his angels;
   praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
3 Praise him, sun and moon;
   praise him, all you shining stars.
4 Praise him, you highest heavens
   and you waters above the skies.
5 Let them praise the name of the LORD,
   for at his command they were created,
6 and he established them for ever and ever—
   he issued a decree that will never pass away.
7 Praise the LORD from the earth,
   you great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
8 lightning and hail, snow and clouds,
   stormy winds that do his bidding,
9 you mountains and all hills,
   fruit trees and all cedars,
10 wild animals and all cattle,
   small creatures and flying birds,
11 kings of the earth and all nations,
   you princes and all rulers on earth,
12 young men and women,
   old men and children.
13 Let them praise the name of the LORD,
   for his name alone is exalted;
   his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.
14 And he has raised up for his people a horn,[
b]
   the praise of all his faithful servants,
   of Israel, the people close to his heart.
Praise the LORD.
Have you ever thought about what it's going to be like when we get to heaven? Praising God all the time not just by singing but by other acts of worship. I've said many times and I've heard people say many times, "I can't wait to get to heaven so I can praise God for eternity." Have you heard this? Well, I just had an epiphany when reading verses 1-6...why wait! Why wait until we get to heaven to praise God continually? It should be a daily, hourly, by the minute thing!

This morning I was captivated by the sunrise. I don't normally take pictures of them with my phone because the quality isn't that good. But I thought this one was particularly interesting. Do you notice how next to the light pole (which made for a bad distraction in the image) there is also another spot of light? Well this just wasn't a spot, it was a beam! It was so cool. I had never seen the sun shine through the clouds vertically like that. God's creativity is amazing and what's even more beautiful about this is we will never see this sunrise again. This morning was it. If you didn't get a chance to see it changing, you missed it. God get every morning to create something new and I look forward to these spectacular images twice a day, morning and night.

Psalm 147 - Day 147

1 Praise the LORD.[a]
How good it is to sing praises to our God,
   how pleasant and fitting to praise him!
2 The LORD builds up Jerusalem;
   he gathers the exiles of Israel.
3 He heals the brokenhearted
   and binds up their wounds.
4 He determines the number of the stars
   and calls them each by name.
5 Great is our Lord and mighty in power;
   his understanding has no limit.
6 The LORD sustains the humble
   but casts the wicked to the ground.
7 Sing to the LORD with grateful praise;
   make music to our God on the harp.
8 He covers the sky with clouds;
   he supplies the earth with rain
   and makes grass grow on the hills.
9 He provides food for the cattle
   and for the young ravens when they call.
10 His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse,
   nor his delight in the power of human legs;
11 the LORD delights in those who fear him,
   who put their hope in his unfailing love.
12 Extol the LORD, Jerusalem;
   praise your God, Zion.
13 He strengthens the bars of your gates
   and blesses your people within you.
14 He grants peace to your borders
   and satisfies you with the finest of wheat.
15 He sends his command to the earth;
   his word runs swiftly.
16 He spreads the snow like wool
   and scatters the frost like ashes.
17 He hurls down his hail like pebbles.
   Who can withstand his icy blast?
18 He sends his word and melts them;
   he stirs up his breezes, and the waters flow.
19 He has revealed his word to Jacob,
   his laws and decrees to Israel.
20 He has done this for no other nation;
   they do not know his laws.[
b]
Praise the LORD.
Verse 16-17; " He spreads the snow like wool and scatters the frost like ashes. He hurls down his hail like pebbles. Who can withstand his icy blast?" I would love to take art classes from God! He is such a mastermind of creativity and I would love to get in on that. I do think I've been given some creative gifts, but nothing like what He does. I think this is why I enjoy the mountains so much. I love to look at His creation and stand there in awe. I'm the type of creator when it comes to the medium of drawing that I have to see an object and then create from it. I have a hard time starting from scratch. When it comes to dance, it's a whole other thing. That I can put from my head...but back to God. SOOOOO inspiring! God, can you just paint a picture in front of me so I can watch you create? Oh wait, you do every day with the sunrise and sunset. I am blessed.

Psalm 146 - Day 146

1 Praise the LORD.[a]
Praise the LORD, my soul.
2 I will praise the LORD all my life;
   I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
3 Do not put your trust in princes,
   in human beings, who cannot save.
4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground;
   on that very day their plans come to nothing.
5 Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob,
   whose hope is in the LORD their God.
6 He is the Maker of heaven and earth,
   the sea, and everything in them—
   he remains faithful forever.
7 He upholds the cause of the oppressed
   and gives food to the hungry.
The LORD sets prisoners free,
 8 the LORD gives sight to the blind,
the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down,
   the LORD loves the righteous.
9 The LORD watches over the foreigner
   and sustains the fatherless and the widow,
   but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
10 The LORD reigns forever,
   your God, O Zion, for all generations.
Praise the LORD.
Yesterday's entry is also perfect for today.

Verse 3 ; "Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save." WOW!! This doesn't necessarily have to do with idols but in general. Don't put all you have into a human because in the end, they aren't going to be able to do a thing for ya! Wow, wow, wow. That's I need to say on this because I'm left speechless. Thanks God for putting a brick wall in front of my path so I can hit it hard in order to see things clearly.

Psalm 145 - Day 145

A psalm of praise. Of David.
1 I will exalt you, my God the King;
   I will praise your name for ever and ever.
2 Every day I will praise you
   and extol your name for ever and ever.
3 Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise;
   his greatness no one can fathom.
4 One generation commends your works to another;
   they tell of your mighty acts.
5 They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty—
   and I will meditate on your wonderful works.[
b]
6 They tell of the power of your awesome works—
   and I will proclaim your great deeds.
7 They celebrate your abundant goodness
   and joyfully sing of your righteousness.
8 The LORD is gracious and compassionate,
   slow to anger and rich in love.
9 The LORD is good to all;
   he has compassion on all he has made.
10 All your works praise you, LORD;
   your faithful people extol you.
11 They tell of the glory of your kingdom
   and speak of your might,
12 so that all people may know of your mighty acts
   and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
   and your dominion endures through all generations.
The LORD is trustworthy in all he promises
   and faithful in all he does.[
c]
14 The LORD upholds all who fall
   and lifts up all who are bowed down.
15 The eyes of all look to you,
   and you give them their food at the proper time.
16 You open your hand
   and satisfy the desires of every living thing.
17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways
   and faithful in all he does.
18 The LORD is near to all who call on him,
   to all who call on him in truth.
19 He fulfills the desires of those who fear him;
   he hears their cry and saves them.
20 The LORD watches over all who love him,
   but all the wicked he will destroy.
21 My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD.
   Let every creature praise his holy name
   for ever and ever.
Why do you think we should praise God? Is it because we are taught to in Sunday school or it's what our parents did? Have you actually ever thought about it? I mean really thought about it? I believe we praise God because we are created to. It has nothing to do with His own self-satisfaction. God is not asking us to praise Him because He wants the attention. The Man doesn't need it that way! He has wired us to praise and worship Him and Him alone. Not other things, and by other things I mean idols. When we focus our time and energy on things that take away from praising Him, we are in danger of becoming an idol worshiper. God loves us so much that He is trying to keep our focus on the right thing, Him. He knows what we can and can't handle and this is why we are made to turn our attention on Him.

Psalm 144 - Day 144

Of David.
1 Praise be to the LORD my Rock,
   who trains my hands for war,
   my fingers for battle.
2 He is my loving God and my fortress,
   my stronghold and my deliverer,
my shield, in whom I take refuge,
   who subdues peoples[
a] under me.
3 LORD, what are human beings that you care for them,
   mere mortals that you think of them?
4 They are like a breath;
   their days are like a fleeting shadow.
5 Part your heavens, LORD, and come down;
   touch the mountains, so that they smoke.
6 Send forth lightning and scatter the enemy;
   shoot your arrows and rout them.
7 Reach down your hand from on high;
   deliver me and rescue me
from the mighty waters,
   from the hands of foreigners
8 whose mouths are full of lies,
   whose right hands are deceitful.
9 I will sing a new song to you, my God;
   on the ten-stringed lyre I will make music to you,
10 to the One who gives victory to kings,
   who delivers his servant David.
From the deadly sword 11 deliver me;
   rescue me from the hands of foreigners
whose mouths are full of lies,
   whose right hands are deceitful.
12 Then our sons in their youth
   will be like well-nurtured plants,
and our daughters will be like pillars
   carved to adorn a palace.
13 Our barns will be filled
   with every kind of provision.
Our sheep will increase by thousands,
   by tens of thousands in our fields;
 14 our oxen will draw heavy loads.[
b]
There will be no breaching of walls,
   no going into captivity,
   no cry of distress in our streets.
15 Blessed is the people of whom this is true;
   blessed is the people whose God is the LORD.
The Lord will provide for us and continues to do so. On a day like today where the sun is shining, the sky is bright blue and there is a cool brisk breeze, I thank the Lord for His creativity. He provides us with things we don't even know we need, but it's there. The day we all get to heaven will be more beautiful than this day today!

Psalm 143 - Day 143

A psalm of David.
1 LORD, hear my prayer,
   listen to my cry for mercy;
in your faithfulness and righteousness
   come to my relief.
2 Do not bring your servant into judgment,
   for no one living is righteous before you.
3 The enemy pursues me,
   he crushes me to the ground;
he makes me dwell in the darkness
   like those long dead.
4 So my spirit grows faint within me;
   my heart within me is dismayed.
5 I remember the days of long ago;
   I meditate on all your works
   and consider what your hands have done.
6 I spread out my hands to you;
   I thirst for you like a parched land.[
a]
7 Answer me quickly, LORD;
   my spirit fails.
Do not hide your face from me
   or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,
   for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go,
   for to you I entrust my life.
9 Rescue me from my enemies, LORD,
   for I hide myself in you.
10 Teach me to do your will,
   for you are my God;
may your good Spirit
   lead me on level ground.
11 For your name’s sake, LORD, preserve my life;
   in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble.
12 In your unfailing love, silence my enemies;
   destroy all my foes,
   for I am your servant.
This is another great prayer I need to pray. I've been so worried lately about how I communicate with God and saying the wrong things. I don't want to sound too demanding in my prayers and want to be grateful and thankful. But here in verse 7 he says, "Answer me quickly. LORD;...do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit." I've always thoughts this kind of talk was very demanding of the Lord. "Let the Man works at His own pace! Don't pressure Him." Is what I want to say to this. I guess I need to do some more research on how to talk to God...or better yet, just talk to Him like a friend.

Psalm 142 - Day 142

A maskil[a] of David. When he was in the cave. A prayer.
[b]1 I cry aloud to the LORD;
   I lift up my voice to the LORD for mercy.
2 I pour out before him my complaint;
   before him I tell my trouble.
3 When my spirit grows faint within me,
   it is you who watch over my way.
In the path where I walk
   people have hidden a snare for me.
4 Look and see, there is no one at my right hand;
   no one is concerned for me.
I have no refuge;
   no one cares for my life.
5 I cry to you, LORD;
   I say, “You are my refuge,
   my portion in the land of the living.”
6 Listen to my cry,
   for I am in desperate need;
rescue me from those who pursue me,
   for they are too strong for me.
7 Set me free from my prison,
   that I may praise your name.
Then the righteous will gather about me
   because of your goodness to me.
I could probably pray this pray daily and I probably should. He is the only thing that has gotten me through everything I've gone through in life. The only constant, the only strength strong enough, the only place of rest. I can't thank Him enough for always being there and never leaving.

Psalm 141 - Day 141

A psalm of David.
1 I call to you, LORD, come quickly to me;
   hear me when I call to you.
2 May my prayer be set before you like incense;
   may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
3 Set a guard over my mouth, LORD;
   keep watch over the door of my lips.
4 Do not let my heart be drawn to what is evil
   so that I take part in wicked deeds
along with those who are evildoers;
   do not let me eat of their delicacies.
5 Let a righteous man strike me—that is a kindness;
   let him rebuke me—that is oil on my head.
My head will not refuse it,
   for my prayer will still be against the deeds of evildoers.
6 Their rulers will be thrown down from the cliffs,
   and the wicked will learn that my words were well spoken.
7 They will say, “As one plows and breaks up the earth,
   so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of the grave.”
8 But my eyes are fixed on you, Sovereign LORD;
   in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death.
9 Keep me safe from the traps set by evildoers,
   from the snares they have laid for me.
10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets,
   while I pass by in safety.
What if we all prayed as earnestly as this? I think we would be much better off. Praying to keep our mouths safe from evil words and the association of evil things. The problem with evil, is it is intising. It is made to look good. So I pray to be able to tell the difference when I'm unclear.

Psalm 140 - Day 140

For the director of music. A psalm of David.
[a]1 Rescue me, LORD, from evildoers;
   protect me from the violent,
2 who devise evil plans in their hearts
   and stir up war every day.
3 They make their tongues as sharp as a serpent’s;
   the poison of vipers is on their lips.[
b]
4 Keep me safe, LORD, from the hands of the wicked;
   protect me from the violent,
   who devise ways to trip my feet.
5 The arrogant have hidden a snare for me;
   they have spread out the cords of their net
   and have set traps for me along my path.
6 I say to the LORD, “You are my God.”
   Hear, LORD, my cry for mercy.
7 Sovereign LORD, my strong deliverer,
   you shield my head in the day of battle.
8 Do not grant the wicked their desires, LORD;
   do not let their plans succeed.
9 Those who surround me proudly rear their heads;
   may the mischief of their lips engulf them.
10 May burning coals fall on them;
   may they be thrown into the fire,
   into miry pits, never to rise.
11 May slanderers not be established in the land;
   may disaster hunt down the violent.
12 I know that the LORD secures justice for the poor
   and upholds the cause of the needy.
13 Surely the righteous will praise your name,
   and the upright will live in your presence.
The way things are described back then is still hard to process. "May burning coals fall on them." This isn't necessarily something I would have thought of first hand if I was trying to think of a way to hurt them. It's just interesting how our culture and meaning/use of words has changed over the last 2000 years.

Psalm 139 - Day 139

For the director of music. Of David. A psalm.
1 You have searched me, LORD,
   and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
   you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
   you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
   you, LORD, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
   and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
   too lofty for me to attain.
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
   Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
   if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
   if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
   your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
   and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
   the night will shine like the day,
   for darkness is as light to you.
13 For you created my inmost being;
   you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
   your works are wonderful,
   I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
   when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
 16 your eyes saw my unformed body.
All the days ordained for me
   were written in your book
   before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[
a] God!
   How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
   they would outnumber the grains of sand—
   when I awake, I am still with you.
19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
   Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
   your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, LORD,
   and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
   I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
   test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
   and lead me in the way everlasting.
I love this verse! I love how we hear parts of it here and parts there but then to read them all together from start to finish the way the author intended them to be is amazing. I think sometimes the fact that God know our every thought scares people. I think it makes me accountable. I love verse 17; "How preciouse to me are your thoughts, God!" This is pretty neat. We are always wanting to know what God is thinking about when certain things happen but then again, we wouldn't be able to handle it. This is just a great verse to read when you are either down, need some reassurance or just want to feel loved.

Psalm 138 - Day 138

Of David.
1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart;
   before the “gods” I will sing your praise.
2 I will bow down toward your holy temple
   and will praise your name
   for your unfailing love and your faithfulness,
for you have so exalted your solemn decree
   that it surpasses your fame.
3 When I called, you answered me;
   you greatly emboldened me.
4 May all the kings of the earth praise you, LORD,
   when they hear what you have decreed.
5 May they sing of the ways of the LORD,
   for the glory of the LORD is great.
6 Though the LORD is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly,
   but he takes notice of the proud from afar.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
   you preserve my life.
You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes;
   with your right hand you save me.
8 The LORD will vindicate me;
   your love, LORD, endures forever—
   do not abandon the works of your hands.
The Lord will always be there for us. This can't be said enough times. It's something I constantly need to hear for the rest of my life. We usually say how we recognize how He was with us after the event but I challenge you to find Him and recognize Him during the event.

Psalm 137 - Day 137

1 By the rivers of Babylon we sat and wept
   when we remembered Zion.
2 There on the poplars
   we hung our harps,
3 for there our captors asked us for songs,
   our tormentors demanded songs of joy;
   they said, “Sing us one of the songs of Zion!”
4 How can we sing the songs of the LORD
   while in a foreign land?
5 If I forget you, Jerusalem,
   may my right hand forget its skill.
6 May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth
   if I do not remember you,
if I do not consider Jerusalem
   my highest joy.
7 Remember, LORD, what the Edomites did
   on the day Jerusalem fell.
“Tear it down,” they cried,
   “tear it down to its foundations!”
8 Daughter Babylon, doomed to destruction,
   happy are those who repay you
   according to what you have done to us.
9 Happy are those who seize your infants
   and dash them against the rocks.
I'm having a hard time pulling much from this one. Maybe this is clear as day and I'm just in a fog. I'm not sure. Let me know your thoughts.

Psalm 136 - Day 136

1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good.
   His love endures forever.
2 Give thanks to the God of gods.
   His love endures forever.
3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords:
   His love endures forever.
4 to him who alone does great wonders,
   His love endures forever.
5 who by his understanding made the heavens,
   His love endures forever.
6 who spread out the earth upon the waters,
   His love endures forever.
7 who made the great lights—
   His love endures forever.
8 the sun to govern the day,
   His love endures forever.
9 the moon and stars to govern the night;
   His love endures forever.
10 to him who struck down the firstborn of Egypt
   His love endures forever.
11 and brought Israel out from among them
   His love endures forever.
12 with a mighty hand and outstretched arm;
   His love endures forever.
13 to him who divided the Red Sea[a] asunder
   His love endures forever.
14 and brought Israel through the midst of it,
   His love endures forever.
15 but swept Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea;
   His love endures forever.
16 to him who led his people through the wilderness;
   His love endures forever.
17 to him who struck down great kings,
   His love endures forever.
18 and killed mighty kings—
   His love endures forever.
19 Sihon king of the Amorites
   His love endures forever.
20 and Og king of Bashan—
   His love endures forever.
21 and gave their land as an inheritance,
   His love endures forever.
22 an inheritance to his servant Israel.
   His love endures forever.
23 He remembered us in our low estate
   His love endures forever.
24 and freed us from our enemies.
   His love endures forever.
25 He gives food to every creature.
   His love endures forever.
26 Give thanks to the God of heaven.
   His love endures forever.
I guess I've never realized how many of our worship songs come from verses or eve took the time to look them up. Reading the source of these great songs brings new light on the fact that we are singing God's word! Not just some lyrics creatively out together with a good tune. I would like to read the verses of our other songs as well.

Psalm 135 - Day 135

1 Praise the LORD.[a]
Praise the name of the LORD;
   praise him, you servants of the LORD,
2 you who minister in the house of the LORD,
   in the courts of the house of our God.
3 Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good;
   sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant.
4 For the LORD has chosen Jacob to be his own,
   Israel to be his treasured possession.
5 I know that the LORD is great,
   that our Lord is greater than all gods.
6 The LORD does whatever pleases him,
   in the heavens and on the earth,
   in the seas and all their depths.
7 He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth;
   he sends lightning with the rain
   and brings out the wind from his storehouses.
8 He struck down the firstborn of Egypt,
   the firstborn of people and animals.
9 He sent his signs and wonders into your midst, Egypt,
   against Pharaoh and all his servants.
10 He struck down many nations
   and killed mighty kings—
11 Sihon king of the Amorites,
   Og king of Bashan,
   and all the kings of Canaan—
12 and he gave their land as an inheritance,
   an inheritance to his people Israel.
13 Your name, LORD, endures forever,
   your renown, LORD, through all generations.
14 For the LORD will vindicate his people
   and relent concerning his servants.
15 The idols of the nations are silver and gold,
   made by human hands.
16 They have mouths, but cannot speak,
   eyes, but cannot see.
17 They have ears, but cannot hear,
   nor is there breath in their mouths.
18 Those who make them will be like them,
   and so will all who trust in them.
19 House of Israel, praise the LORD;
   house of Aaron, praise the LORD;
20 house of Levi, praise the LORD;
   you who fear him, praise the LORD.
21 Praise be to the LORD from Zion,
   to him who dwells in Jerusalem.
Praise the LORD.
I think if God has a resume, this would be a great start. This is just a pinch of what God does and is going to do. We don't need to list all the things God does in order to compare Him to other gods or to know He is mighty, but this is a great reminder of what He can do.

I love starting in verse 15 how it describes other gods. They are nothing. They may look good from the material they are made from but that's it. They can't do anything to provide for us. It's not just statues that I think we sometimes get caught up in; it’s materialistic things. What are some things in your life you may be spending too much time on therefore taking your focus from God?
